Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor

tripadviser2Trois-Rivières, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - TripAdvisor, the largest site for customer reviews, awarded the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape a certificate of excellence which reinforces its positive image among its visitors. The certificate rewards organizations that frequently enjoy a very favorable opinion on the TripAdvisor website.

Certificate of Excellence which recognizes outstanding reviews

Very few institutions obtain a certificate of excellence by TripAdvisor; only 10% of facilities receive this award.

“TripAdvisor is pleased to highlight exceptional tourist facilities because of their consistency in excellence,” said Marc Charron, in charge of developing international markets for TripAdvisor. “The Certificate of Excellence provides the best institutions around the world the recognition they deserve, based on the feedback of those who matter most: their customers,” he says.

In addition, Internet responses emphasize the satisfaction of those who have visited the Shrine. “Excellent place to meditate, pray, sing, and walk in an enchanting park …quiet and friendly,” says one of those visitors.

“As a webmaster, I am not surprised that the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape has received this certificate of excellence. It is a very unique and privileged place of pilgrimage, a blending of the St. Lawrence River, the shrine gardens and the basilica. Above all, there is an invitation to a deep and universal spirituality,” adds André Martimbeault, webmaster of the firm iGraf Communications, which is also involved with the shrine website.
